How many nights can I book?

• During the months of July and August bookings are accepted for a minimum period of 4 nights.
• Without reservation the stay is free

Is a deposit required?

In order to confirm the booking a deposit is required:

• € 50 when  your staying to 4 days
• € 100 when your staying from 5 days

If I do not send the deposit?

Bookings are automatically cancelled after 10 days if no deposit is paid.

Cancellation

In the event of cancellation written notice must be given to us 20 days before the date of arrival.
In this case the deposit will be refunded withholding € 10 to cover administration and booking charges.

When sufficient notice is not given, or if one fails to arrive the entire deposit will be retained.

Payment

In case of customers shortening their stay or arriving late the whole period booked must be paid. 

The payment for the stay must be made least the day before departure.

Can I book a specific pitch?

The space will be allocated by the management. Everything possible will be done to allocate the desired location but this cannot however be guaranteed; in this event the management will ignore requests of cancellation or reimbursement.

If I arrive a day later?

Campsite management will keep the place until 12 o'clock of the next day.

Check in and check out?

On departure day, the place must be freed by 12 o'clock, except when otherwise agreed with the management. The arrival day is better to arrive after 12:00 a.m.
